4 slices of rib steak
400 gr baby potatoes
1 fresh spicy red pepper, thinly sliced
1 dessert spoon Green Life Thyme
1 teaspoon Green Life Ground Black Pepper
For the Mustard Sauce
100 ml fresh cream
1 teaspoon Green Life Ground Mustard
1 dessert spoon vinegar
2 drops of hot sauce
Wash the baby potatoes and cut into large cubes with skins. Boil for 5 minutes in salted boiling water and strain. Heat up olive oil in a pan and add potatoes. Add the spicy red pepper and salt and fry for one or two minutes. Sprinkle on Green Life Thyme and remove from stove. Let stand with the cover on.
For the mustard sauce mix the cream with Green Life Ground Mustard, add a pinch of salt and hot sauce in a small bowl then cook to a boil. Remove from stove and cool. After it cools add vinegar for flavor.
Heat up your grill pan and add olive oil. Fry the rib steaks in the pan with as much salt and Green Life Ground Pepper you want sprinkled on them for 2-3 minutes to the degree you wish. Place the meat on serving dishes, pour on the mustard sauce and serve with the potatoes.
