100 gr oatmeal biscuits
100 gr bitter chocolate
50 gr walnut chopped
80 gr dried apricot, chopped small
1 package Green Life Coconut

Break up the biscuits and mix in a processor with the apricot and walnut. Place in a bowl with the chocolate you have melted in a double boiler and mix. Take out small pieces and form balls in the palm of your hand. Empty the Green Life Coconut in a bowl. Roll the balls you have prepared in the coconut and serve after cooling.
