4 servings
1 cup boiled lentils
Half cup of village style noodles
2,5 cups yogurt
2 cups hot water
1 egg
1 dessert spoon Green Life Powdered Garlic
1 tablespoon Green Life Mint
Olive Oil
Salt

In a medium pot stir the yogurt and egg with a whisk. Carefully pour in hot water while stirring. Cook on medium heat while stirring. 7-8 minutes later add the lentils and noodles. Continue stirring to a boil. Add the salt and remove from stove.
In a small pot heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and add Green Life Mint and Green Life Garlic Powder. Cook for a few minutes then pour on top of the soup. Serve the soup in bowls while hot.
