800 gr cubes of lamb meat
10-12 shallots, peeled
3 long green peppers, chopped thick
3 large tomatoes, grated
1 tablespoon Green Life Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Green Life Thyme
1 dessert spoon Green Life Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Green Life Ground Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Salt

Heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pot and add the meat. Fry at high heat while stirring for a few minutes. Add the shallots and peppers and continue to stir. Add the grated tomatoes, Green Life Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes and Ground Black Pepper. Add 1,5 cups of hot water and cook on medium heat with the cover on until the water is absorbed. When the water is almost absorbed add Green Life Thyme and salt according to preference. Remove from stove and serve after letting stand for 20 minutes.
