9 baklava dough sheets
1 cup tahini
1 cup molasses
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoon Green Life Ground Cinnamon
Half cup hazelnut, pounded
Mix Green Life Ground Cinnamon and granulated sugar in a bowl. Spread one baklava sheet over the counter. Brush tahini on the dough and sprinkle the sugar mixture. Brush tahini and sprinkle the sugar mixture and place two more layers of the baklava sheets on the first sheet you prepared. Wind them in a roll and cut into 8 pieces. Do the same process with the remaining baklava dough. When you have 24 pieces line them up on a baking sheet covered in wax paper. Cook for 12-13 minutes at 180°C until brown. Pour the molasses on the rolls you have removed from the oven. Sprinkle on hazelnut and serve.
