1 cup of fine bulgur
Half cup of flour
1 egg
1 dessert spoon tomato paste
1 dessert spoon pepper paste
1 dessert spoon Green Life Basil
1 teaspoon Green Life Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Green Life Cumin
Salt
For the Sauce
1 dessert spoon Green Life Garlic Powder
2 tablespoon pepper paste
Half a bunch of parsley, chopped thin
Olive Oil
Put the bulgur in a bowl and add one cup of hot water. Stir and cover then wait for a few minutes for it to soften. After it is softened add flour, egg pastes, Green Life Basil, Onion Powder, Cumin and a pinch of salt and knead thoroughly. Depending on the solidity add more flour or water to achieve the right consistency. Pull off hazelnut sized pieces and roll in your palms. Place the balls on a lightly floured tray. After all the balls are completed cook them in boiling water and strain.
For the sauce; heat a cup of olive oil in a large pan. Add pepper paste and Green Life Garlic Powder and fry. Remove from the stove, add parsley and the köfte and stir. Serve right away.
