2 hard pears
150 gr granulated sugar
200 ml water
The juice of half a lemon
Fresh cream, whipped
1 dessert spoon Green Life Ground Cinnamon
1 Green Life Cinnamon Stick
Peel the pears, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Place the granulated sugar, water, Green Life Cinnamon Stick and lemon juice in a pot and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Place the pears in the pot with the cut sides facing up.
Cover with a piece of wax paper and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the stove and leave to cool. After cooing take the pears out of the syrup and place on serving plates. Place a spoon of whipped cream on each and sprinkle with Green Life Ground Cinnamon.
