250 gr whole fat and soft “tulum” cheese
2 tablespoons Green Life Black Sesame
2 tablespoons Green Life Thyme
2 tablespoons Green Life Red Pepper Flakes
2 tablespoons Green Life Dill
Virgin Olive Oil
Place the “tulum” cheese in a bowl and knead with hands. Divide into 15 equal pieces and form balls between your palms. Place Green Life Black Sesame, Thyme, Red Pepper Flakes and Dill in separate bowls. Roll the cheese balls in the spices and line up on a serving dish. Pour plenty of olive oil over them and serve with toast.
Note: You can preserve your seasoned cheese balls in the refrigerator by pouring plenty of olive oil over them.
